Anyone who suffers from anxiety can tell you very quickly that the problem is not just a nuisance. It can disrupt work and home life. It can strike at very inopportune times, and it is not fun. My method of choice is to stop at a park on the way to work and breatheology coach for about 20 minutes, but the gym or a run in the morning, or even something like tai chi or yoga can also be effective to relieve stress and bring calmness.
